You Must Be 18 or Older

bk3e is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registering with false age information is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Age verification may be requested at any time.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed exactly one bk3e account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method, or IP address — will be closed and any associated bonuses will be voided without notice.

Withdrawals Require Verification

Your first withdrawal from bk3e requires a one-time identity verification using your NID or mobile number confirmation. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. After verification, regular withdrawals process to bKash or Nagad within five minutes.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional credits on bk3e are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements for each bonus are stated at the time the bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in the bonus being voided.

Fraudulent Activity Is Prohibited

01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility

To register and use bk3e, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

bk3e reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts already wagered.

Age verification: bk3e takes underage gaming seriously. If there is any doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended pending verification. This is not a penalty — it is a protection measure for both the player and the platform.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one bk3e account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. bk3e uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a valid bKash or Nagad account number if you intend to make deposits or withdrawals. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bk3e account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. bk3e will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.   • Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
  • bk3e is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.

  • Account names cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if there is an error in your registered name.

04 Deposits and Payments

bk3e accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no fees charged by bk3e on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your bk3e account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact bk3e support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to deposit again before confirming the status of the original transaction.

  • Only deposit from a bKash or Nagad account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
  • bk3e does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers at this time.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.

Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from bk3e operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected and is not used for any purpose other than funding your gameplay and processing your withdrawals.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bk3e are processed to the bKash or Nagad account registered to your bk3e profile. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There are no fees charged by bk3e on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of the request being submitted.

Your first withdrawal requires a one-time identity verification. You will be asked to confirm your identity using your National ID (NID) number or passport number. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals process without any additional steps.

  • Withdrawals can only be sent to the same payment method used for deposits.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • bk3e reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
  • Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player before they are processed, but not after.
  • If a withdrawal fails due to an issue with your bKash or Nagad account, contact your mobile banking provider first, then bk3e support if the issue persists.

Bonus funds: Only real-money balances that have met applicable wagering requirements can be withdrawn. Bonus credits and promotional funds are not withdrawable until wagering conditions are fully satisfied. Check your account balance breakdown to see which portion is available for withdrawal.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bk3e offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly prize pool events, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general terms.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses on bk3e carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the bonus offer details.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or via a claim process as specified in the offer.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • bk3e reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.
  • If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
  • bk3e may void bonuses if it determines they were obtained through abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or in violation of these terms.

Weekly prize pool events on bk3e do not require separate registration. Your regular gameplay on eligible games automatically counts toward the leaderboard. Prize distributions are credited within 24 hours of the event closing.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on bk3e use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by bk3e are independently tested and certified to ensure that results are genuinely random and not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other player-specific factor.

For games that support provably fair verification — including Mines, Monster Crash, and select other titles — a server seed and client seed are used to generate each outcome. Players can verify the fairness of any completed session using the verification tool available in their account history. The outcome of a session is determined before the session begins and cannot be altered mid-session.

  • Game results are final once a session is completed. bk3e does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error.
  • In the event of a technical error during a game session, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
  • bk3e is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Game rules are available within each game interface.
  • Displayed odds and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over a large number of sessions and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bk3e platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

  • Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform without direct human input.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer or competitive game formats.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bk3e staff or other players.

Zero tolerance: bk3e operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and cheating. Accounts found in violation of this section will be permanently banned. All funds in the account at the time of suspension will be forfeited and will not be returned under any circumstances.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

bk3e reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that bk3e determines to be harmful to the platform or its players.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting bk3e support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within five business days, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bk3e will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.
  • Suspended accounts cannot place bets or make withdrawals until the suspension is lifted or the investigation is concluded.
  • If an account is closed due to a terms violation, bk3e is not obligated to return any funds held in the account.

10 Responsible Gaming

  • Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion.

11 Privacy and Data

Data collected during registration and verification — including your name, mobile number, and NID information — is stored securely and used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. 12 Limitation of Liability

bk3e provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While bk3e makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

  • bk3e is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connection issues on the player's end, or device-related problems.
  • bk3e is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
  • In the event of a verified technical error that results in an incorrect payout, bk3e reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the player's balance accordingly, regardless of whether the funds have already been withdrawn.
  • bk3e's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13 Changes to Terms

bk3e reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, bk3e will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the bk3e platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
